Presentations should contain theoretical approaches and comments on the one hand as well as relevant practical examples and feasible solutions on the other.
Each proposal is given equal consideration for the merit and timeliness of the topic, the experienceand knowledge of the speaker and how it would fit in with other chosen presentations.
All applicants will be responded to and successful applicants, along with invited presentations/speakers will go straight into the conference schedule.

Any company can submit up to three proposals for the conference.
Companies can make a joint presentation with an partner or supplier. In this case the form should be completed twice, once for each person, using the same information where appropriate, i.e.; presentation title, synopsis, will learn and category selection.
Postal operators, parcel and express companies and government representatives will be given priority.
If chosen, your PowerPoint presentation and any associated files must be received by us no later than Thursday 28 February 2013.
You will receive an automated email following completion of the Conference Presentation Proposal Form with information regarding the preparation of your presentation, should it be chosen. Please read all emails in full and follow the given guidelines.
Upon completion of the Conference Presentation Proposal Form you will need to email your portrait photo (.jpg file) and company logo (.jpg or .eps file) to email@example.com. Please do so right away to complete your application. Incomplete proposals will not be considered.
We will not include any corporate profile-type or commercial sales pitch-type presentations. Presentations must not include a specific product or service that your company supplies. Any company failing to comply will not be accepted at the conference.
